Creator terms

Version 1.1, effective September 15, 2026

Who this is for

These terms cover creators in the Move V creator program: filmmakers we invited after a conversation, and applicants we approved. The program is run by SYNC LC (Sync), the Michigan company that operates Move V. These terms sit on top of the terms of use, which still apply to your account.

What you earn

Each month Move V pools a share of subscription revenue and splits it by watch time. Your titles' share of all watch time on Move V sets your share of that pool. You keep 20% of it, and 30% once 100 subscribers have joined through your code. The step is permanent. On top of the pool, you earn $3.50 for each subscriber who joins with your code and stays past their first paid month. You earn that once and keep it, whatever the subscriber does later. Statements land in your studio's Earnings tab after each month closes, and Move V pays out payable amounts after the statement. Before the first payout we need your tax details (a W-9 for US creators, a W-8 otherwise) and a payout method, and payouts go to the method on file.

Your code

You get a code to hand your audience. It gives them 50% off Move V for three months, and each subscriber who uses it counts toward your pool rate and your bounties. The code is yours for as long as you are in the program.

What Move V does

Your titles play on every screen Move V ships: web, phones, Fire TV, LG and Samsung TVs, and Roku. Move V promotes your titles on its own channels and in its rails. A human curator reviews each submission before it goes live, and your title page carries a provenance credit that names you and the tools you used. You receive a care package when you join.

What you do

Post to your audience once a week, showing your work on Move V, and log the post on your Earnings tab. New titles premiere on Move V: for seven days after a title goes live it appears nowhere else. After that, post it wherever you like.

Your work and your rights

You keep ownership of the work you submit. You license Move V to stream your titles to its subscribers and to promote them, and after the seven-day premiere window that license is non-exclusive. When you submit, you attest that you directed or authored the work, that you hold the rights to license it, and that likenesses and music are cleared or your own. You also tell us, in your own words, how humans made the work. Move V is human-directed cinema realized with AI as a medium, and that statement is part of what the curator reads. If a claim arises because that attestation was wrong, you are responsible for the cost of that claim.

Marketing use

You give Move V the right to use your titles in its marketing: clips, stills, trailers, and key art, along with your creator name and avatar, on Move V's site and apps, on its social channels, and in paid advertising. Move V cuts clips for that purpose and credits the title. The right lasts while you are in the program; when you leave, Move V stops new marketing use and takes running placements down within seven days.

Review and removal

Nothing publishes on its own. A curator reviews every submission and may decline one with a note. Viewers can file a content report; a curator rules on it within 48 hours, and a title with no ruling by the deadline comes down until review completes. Move V can remove a title that breaks these terms or the law.

Leaving the program

You can leave at any time by telling your Move V contact. We take your titles down within seven days of your request, and the money you have earned still pays out. Move V can end the program for a creator who breaks these terms, with the same seven days and the same payout.

Governing law

Michigan law governs these terms, as it does the terms of use. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes

We update these terms as the program grows and will note the effective date above. Staying in the program after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: info@syncgr.com.
