Terms of use

Effective September 15, 2026

The service

Move V streams original films and series from the Move V studio and partner creators. It is operated by SYNC LC, a Michigan limited liability company (Sync), 13135 Pine Island Dr NE, Sparta, MI 49345. A free allotment lets you sample the catalog; paid plans unlock full streaming at the quality and screen count your plan lists. Plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your account page.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account or subscribe. An account is for one person. Some titles carry mature ratings, which appear on the title page.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Use Move V through the apps and site we ship; do not scrape the service, access it with automated tools, circumvent playback protections, or redistribute streams. We can suspend accounts that do.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are monthly or annual and renew at the end of each period until you cancel. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid plan when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Cancel any time from your account page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Except where the law requires it, we do not refund partial periods. On the web and phones, Stripe processes payment. On Roku, Roku Pay bills the subscription, and Roku's terms govern billing, cancellation, and refunds for plans bought there. If a price changes, we tell you before it applies to you.

Content and rights

Every title is licensed to Move V by its rights holder, who attests to authorship and production provenance. Titles may be added or removed as licenses change. Streams are for personal, non-commercial viewing. If you believe content on Move V infringes your rights or violates the law, file a content report. A curator reviews every report within 48 hours; if no ruling lands by the deadline, the title is removed automatically until review completes.

Copyright notices

If you hold a copyright and believe a title on Move V infringes it, send a notice to info@syncgr.com naming the work, the title and where it appears on Move V, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your signature. We remove or disable material on a valid notice and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Disclaimers and liability

Move V is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Sync makes no warranties about the service or its availability, is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and limits its total liability to you to the amount you paid Move V in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

Michigan law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Ending the relationship

You can close your account at any time from your account page. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. The sections on content and rights, disclaimers and liability, and governing law continue to apply after an account closes.

Changes

We update these terms as the service grows and will note the effective date above. Using Move V after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: info@syncgr.com.
